Processing & Shipping
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, orders for in stock items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of placing your order. If your order contains personalized items, please allow 3-10 business days for production of your items prior to shipment.
After leaving our warehouse, delivery time is determined by your location and desired shipping method. Item availability and processing time estimates are listed on each item page. For orders of multiple items, the longest processing time will apply to the entire order.
On rare occasions, items may be on back order. In this case, you will notified that your items are on back order and when they are expected back in stock. If paying by credit card, you will not be charged until your items are ready to ship.

Standard Ground Shipping

Shipping charges valid only for orders shipping within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO boxes).
Standard Ground Shipping uses reliable USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all deliveries. Choice of carrier is not available.
- Ground Shipping delivery takes 1 to 7 business days (excludes weekends &
holidays) after leaving our warehouse.
- UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. The delivery address specified
must be a physical location.
- If you are not home or are unable to
receive your package during normal business hours, please provide a
different shipping address during Checkout.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders.
- We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
UPS Ground and Air Services are also available for your order and can be selected during Checkout. UPS shipping charges vary and are based upon the total weight of your order. UPS shipping costs will be calculated at Checkout. For select orders, FedEx or USPS shipping methods with equivalent transit times may be utilized for your shipment.
Rush production service is available on eligible items for a fee of $3.00 per item. Rush production service ensures your order will be produced and shipped from our facility within 2 business days of order placement (excludes weekends and holidays). Rush service will expedite the processing time prior to shipment only. Standard transit time will then apply, which is determined by your location and choice of shipping method. Expedited shipping methods are available at Checkout for faster transit time once shipped.
NOTE: Rush production service is not available on all items. Your order may only be Rushed if all items ordered are eligible for Rush service. Please refer to the individual item page to determine Rush Service eligibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days for a refund (less the shipping cost both ways). All items must be returned in their original condition (including their original boxes or packaging). Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns.
You must request an RMA number for all returns and claims. This RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box you are returning! If no RMA number is printed on the box, the package will be refused! To obtain an RMA number and report any claims, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be given an RMA number and further instructions on how to return your items.
All engraved, dated merchandise or custom orders are nonrefundable! Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. We are not responsible for any spelling errors on your part!
Time is of the essence: Upon receipt of goods, any chips, broken items or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Claims will not be honored after this period!

Glassware & Ceramics
Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.
