Engraving FAQ


1) How long will it take to engrave my item(s)?

In stock items are usually personalized and shipped within 3 - 14 business days of placing your order. After leaving our warehouse, delivery time is determined by your location and desired shipping method.

2) Can I have my item(s) engraved and shipped faster?

If you need your order in a hurry, rush service is available for faster processing time. Call us Toll Free at 1-866-FAVORS-2 to place your rush order (Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM).

Standard FedEx delivery times apply. FedEx Air service is also available for faster transit time.

3) How long can my engraving message be?

Unless otherwise noted on the item page, the maximum length for your engraving is 12 characters per line. If choosing a monogram font, the maximum length is 3 characters. On picture frames and placecard frames, the maximum length is 25 characters per line.

4) What will my engraving look like?

You decide what your engraving will look like! We have a large selection of fonts available for your choosing. You can view our available fonts by clicking HERE. To choose a font, simply select from the drop down list on the item page when ordering.

The size of your engraving will depend upon the product and length of message being engraved. We always try to make your engraving as big and readable as possible, but the more characters / lines requested, the smaller the engraving will be.

Your message will be engraved on your item(s) exactly as requested. Please be sure to check spelling, punctuation, and grammar before submitting your order. We are not responsible for spelling / grammar mistakes on your part.
