If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days for a refund (less the shipping cost both ways). All items must be returned in their original condition (including their original boxes or packaging). Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a paper check mailed to the billing address on the original order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt after the refund is issued.
All engraved, dated merchandise or custom orders are nonrefundable! Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. We are not responsible for any spelling errors on your part!

Time is of the essence: Upon receipt of goods, any chips, broken items or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Claims will not be honored after this period!
You must request an RMA number for all returns and claims. This RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box you are returning! If no RMA number is printed on the box, the package will be refused!

Glassware & Ceramics
Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.
